The ordering party acknowledges that there shall be no refund due once the requested certified transcript and/or legal video service has been requested and paid in full. In the event the requested transcript and/or legal video service has not yet been produced, the ordering party further acknowledges that the production timeline for delivery will be 15 business days from the date the order was placed and paid for. If the requested transcript and/or legal video service has already been produced, delivery will be made within 72 hours of payment in full. To request delivery sooner, please call our office during regular business hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday.
